We had a wonderful time with our friends and family during our engagement party on May 10! There was a little rain that seemed to bother no one (but me, of course), great music, yummy food, Sean’s homebrew, a delicious cake and lots of love!

Our venue in City of Mountain Park in Roswell was just perfect, with lush scenery all around.

A great party needs great food! We were so happy with all of our food: steamed shrimp, corn, potatoes, hush puppies and coleslaw from the awesome Crawfish Shack Seafood, fried chicken from Publix and Coconut Tres Leches cake from our friend Jeffrey who is also the Executive Chef at Common Quarter. Yum!

We also had drinks – Sean made some homebrew for the party and we had other local brews from Red Brick, Monday Night Brewing and Terrapin as well as lots of wine and prosecco. Local liquor store Tower was awesome to work with and had everything we wanted. 

Special thanks to all of our friends who helped bartend after our scheduled bartender didn’t show up. We appreciate y’all pitching in to keep the party running smoothly and the libations flowing. 🙂

We had some live music from the amazing Patrick.

But most importantly, our friends and family were there celebrating our engagement and upcoming wedding! So special.
