Yup, taking you right back to the basics of the alphabet…as it relates to juicing, of course! Fresh juices are such a great way to start the day, and this recipe makes a rich, velvety and slightly sweet juice. And the color is so vibrant – it just looks delicious!
ABCs juice contains ingredients that – you guessed it – start with A, B, and C.
Apples, beets, carrots, and cabbage are the stars of this recipe. I always add some kind of leafy green – spinach, collards, kale, romaine, whatever I have on hand – to add even more nutrients to this tasty juice.
I’ve written previously about the wonderful health benefits of juicing beets and cabbage. You can read more about them in the Beet-Ginger recipe post and the Crazy for Cabbage recipe post.
I hope you enjoy this yummy fresh juice as much as I do, and stay tuned for the next recipe where I’ll also be sharing the benefits of juicing carrots.
