No, these aren’t peanut butter cookies, and they’re not chocolate chip cookies – they are the best, most mouth-watering mix of both things. Oh, and they’re my Grandma’s recipe. Yeah – you know these babies are delicious – just like everything from grandma. 😉

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- 1/2 quick oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 6 oz. package of semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Beat sugars, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and egg with a wooden spon until creamy
- Mix in flour, oats, baking soda and salt
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Use a teaspoon to drop on a cookie sheet
- Bake 7-9 minutes
