It’s been a big year for family! We’ve had lots of visits from grandparents here in Atlanta, as well as a combined trip to Savannah with both mine and Sean’s moms and stepdads, and two weeks in the Outer Banks with my mom’s side of the family. Spending time with and celebrating my grandma’s 90th birthday has been wonderful. Here are some of the special photos from this memorable family time.

SAVNNAH, GA

Our rental house in Savannah with me, Sean, Harrison, my mom, Ron, Sean’s mom Kathy, and his stepdad, John. Oh, and our two dog’s and my mom’s two dogs. 

There was lots of quality time, good eats at local restaurants, playing in the parks, playgrounds and along the river, and exploring the beautiful city of Savannah.

Local 11Ten is where Sean and I had our wedding reception and cocktail hour. We get a picture under the sign each time we come in memory of the one we had taken in the same spot on our wedding day. We now have the world’s cutest toddler with us. <3

OUTER BANKS, NC

Me, Seam, Pablo, Harrison and the dogs drove to the Outer Banks to spend two weeks with my mom, Ron, Tyler, Kym and my grandma. While there, my sister flew down from Ohio, and our former au pair, Daniela, came down from Boston for a few days. We did a TON of fun things; we saw lighthouses, the beach, parks and playgrounds, wildlife; we ate cake, ice cream and hot dogs; we went swimming, took outdoor showers, watched the stars come out at night on the beach, and celebrated my grandma’s 90th birthday. We enjoyed being in each other’s company.
