The concept is great – make a huge batch of breakfast burritos, wrap in saran wrap, and freeze. Easiest Salsa Ever!
I recently started a little garden on my patio with herbs – cilantro, basil, lavender, mint and lemon thyme, and vegetables – tomatoes, red bell peppers, and jalapenos.
The vegetables aren’t ready yet, but I’ve been dying to start using the herbs so I threw together a salsa with the remains of other veggies in my kitchen. It was so easy and so delicious. I won’t be buying salsa from the store ever again. Continue reading
